Jewelry & Products:

• How do I care for my Crown jewelry? To keep your Crown jewelry looking its best, we recommend gently wiping it with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• What is your sizing guide? Our ring size guide shows two easy ways to find your size at home, with a full size chart.
• Are your pieces hypoallergenic? Most people wear our pieces with no irritation. Materials vary by piece, and each product page lists exactly what it's made of. If you're allergic to nickel or other metals, check those details before you order.
• Do you offer repairs or replacements? Yes. Every stainless steel piece comes with the Crown Promise: a free resize within 60 days, a replacement if it tarnishes within 12 months, and 30-day returns. Any piece with a manufacturing defect is replaced or refunded at no cost to you, moissanite included, and shipping damage and wrong items are covered the same way. Email support@crownstore.ca with your order number and a photo.
• Can I customize any pieces? Not yet. Every piece is sold as shown on its product page.

Ordering & Shipping:

• What are your shipping options and costs? Standard shipping is $12.99, or free on orders over $65. Please allow up to 45 days from order to delivery. You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
• Do you offer international shipping? We ship to Canada and the United States.
• What is your return policy? Stainless steel pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Moissanite is final sale, except for manufacturing defects, shipping damage or a wrong item. Full details are in our refund policy.
