5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Refund Method: Refunded to original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs (estimated $10-15)
- Partial Refunds: Customer-damaged items may be subject to partial refund or restocking fees
Exchanges
- Size Exchanges: Available for rings (sterling silver only)
- Different Items: Process as return and place new order
- One Exchange: One complimentary size exchange per customer
- Exchange Shipping: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping on exchange item
- Price Differences: Customer responsible for any price differences
6. OCEAN IMPACT PROGRAM
Our Commitment
- 10% Contribution: 10% of every purchase goes to ocean cleanup efforts
- Donation Recipient: We donate to The Ocean Cleanup, an organization working to remove plastic from oceans
- Ongoing Commitment: Contributions are made regardless of returns or exchanges
- Immediate Allocation: Contributions allocated upon order placement, not upon delivery

- Automatic Participation: Ocean impact contribution included with all purchases
- Non-Refundable: Ocean impact contributions are not refundable even if you return items
- Program Changes: We may modify the program structure or recipient organizations with advance notice to customers
