Sterling Silver Jewelry: All sterling silver pieces are eligible for return Stainless Steel Jewelry: All stainless steel pieces are eligible for return
⚠️ Non-Returnable Products — All Sales Final All moissanite jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Moissanite is a premium gemstone material. Due to the nature of fine gemstone jewelry, all moissanite pieces are considered final sale at the time of purchase. This is clearly noted at checkout.

Items We Can Accept Unworn Jewelry: Must be in original condition with no signs of wear Original Packaging: Items must include original packaging materials All Components: Includes any chains, clasps, or accessories that came with the item Tags Attached: Any original tags or labels must remain attached
Items We Cannot Accept Worn Items: Any jewelry showing signs of wear, scratching, or tarnishing Damaged by Customer: Items damaged through customer use or mishandling Modified Items: Any jewelry that has been altered, resized, or customized after delivery Earrings (Hygiene): Earrings cannot be returned once worn or if packaging seal is broken (manufacturing defects are always returnable) Final Sale Items: Moissanite jewelry and any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at time of purchase
📦 How to Return Your Order
Step 1: Contact Us Email: support@crownstore.ca Include: Order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return Response Time: We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number
Step 2: Package Your Return Original Packaging: Use original packaging when possible Secure Packing: Ensure jewelry is securely wrapped to prevent damage Include Note: Write your order number and return authorization inside the package Remove Personal Info: Don't include personal items in the return package
Step 3: Ship Your Return Ship To: Address provided in our return authorization email (New Carlisle, QC, Canada) Tracking Required: Use a trackable shipping method for your protection Insurance Suggested: Consider insurance for high-value returns Keep Receipt: Save your shipping receipt until refund is processed
Estimated Return Shipping Costs Canada: $10–15 CAD via Canada Post tracked packet United States: $25–45 USD via USPS tracked — international rates apply US Customers — Important: When completing your customs declaration, mark the package as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value" to avoid customs duties being applied. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
