Order Processing Processing Time: 4-6 weeks Quality Control: Each piece is individually inspected at our Canadian facility Custom Packaging: Orders are carefully repackaged with our ocean-themed materials Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day (Monday)
Shipping Times Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing (Canada) / 7-14 business days after processing (US) Total Delivery Time: 4-8 weeks from order date (Canada) / 6-10 weeks from order date (US) Remote Areas: May require additional 2-4 business days Note: Expedited shipping speeds up final delivery only — it does not reduce processing time

United States All 50 States: Including Alaska and Hawaii (additional delivery time may apply) P.O. Boxes: Available via USPS Note: We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery Investigation period: 5-7 business days Replacement or full refund after investigation
Damaged Packages: Inspect package condition before accepting delivery Take photos of damaged packaging and items Email support@crownstore.ca within 48 hours Replacement or refund processed within 3-5 business days
Wrong Address: Ensure shipping address is correct before checkout Email us within 2 hours of ordering for address changes (we'll try our best) Customer responsible for reshipment costs if package is returned Undeliverable packages may incur $15 reshipment fee
Delivery Attempts: Canada Post typically attempts delivery 2-3 times Notice card left if you're not home Pickup available at local post office after delivery attempts 15-day pickup window before return to sender

Common Questions
When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Can I change my shipping address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.
What if I need my order sooner? We recommend ordering with appropriate lead time. Expedited shipping speeds up final delivery only — it does not reduce the processing period.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes? Yes! We ship to P.O. boxes in both Canada and the United States.
What if my package is lost? Contact us immediately. All orders over $100 are automatically insured, and we'll resolve the issue quickly.
Do US customers pay customs or duties? US orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rate.
